Spiritual Counseling/Mentorship

Spiritual counseling/mentorship provides a safe and supportive space for you to explore the deeper aspects of yourself and your life. It's a process of self-discovery, guided by spiritual
principles and practices, that helps you connect with your inner wisdom,
clarify your values, and discover your true purpose. Unlike traditional
therapy, spiritual counseling addresses the whole person – mind, body, and
spirit – recognizing the interconnectedness of all aspects of being.

As your spiritual counselor and mentor, I offer compassionate guidance and support, drawing from my own experiences of overcoming trauma and finding spiritual growth. We'll explore your beliefs, values, and experiences, examine limiting beliefs and patterns, and work together to create a life aligned with your authentic self. This may involve discussions, guided reflections, mindfulness practices, and exploring spiritual tools that resonate with you. Whether you're navigating a spiritual crisis, seeking deeper meaning, or simply wanting to connect with your inner self, spiritual counseling/mentorship can provide the clarity, direction, and
support you need.


Meditation Instruction / Guided Meditation

Meditation is a powerful practice for cultivating stillness, reducing stress, and enhancing self-awareness. It involves training the mind to focus and redirect thoughts, achieving a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. Through regular meditation, you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself, develop greater emotional regulation, and experience a profound sense of inner peace.

I offer both meditation instruction and guided meditations. Meditation instruction will teach you the fundamentals of meditation, including different techniques and how to establish a consistent practice. Guided meditations are led by me, either in person or through recordings, and provide a structured experience to help you relax, focus, and connect with your inner self. Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your existing practice, I can help you find the techniques that work best for you.


Reiki Healing

Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive energy healing modality that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports the body's natural healing processes. It's based on the principle that there is a universal life force energy that flows through all living things. During a Reiki session, I act as a channel for this energy, gently placing my hands on or above your body to facilitate healing.

Reiki can help to release emotional blockages, balance your energy centers (chakras), and promote physical and emotional well-being. It's a deeply relaxing experience that can leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and more connected to yourself. While Reiki is often used to complement other healing modalities, it can also be a powerful stand-alone treatment.
